Help with backup

Hello peolple,

I tried to do a backup of my Alfresco, and I followed these steps:
1-stop alfresco
2-postgres dump
3-copy of alf_data

And to restore I did:

1-stop alfresco
2-restore dump
3-copy the new alf_data to the old alf_data
4-start alfresco

But when I do this, I cant log to the Alfresco Anymore.

I'm using Alfresco Community 4.0d and SOLR

If anyone knows how to do a backup I will appreciate some tips!

Also are you getting any error in the back end?

Hi ltardioli,

Please make sure while copying postgres folder which inside Alf_data is not replaced. You do not need to copy whole alf_data.For more detail please refer http://yogeshpj.blogspot.in/
