Help! Links in Alfresco to External Documents!

Hey folks,

I'm sure I'm not wording this correctly and this is going to be a relatively easy thing to accomplish, but I just can't seem to figure it out.
What I am trying to do is create a link to files that exist outside of the Alfresco system, yet on the same network.

Basically, I need a series of links to files and folders that reside on a SAN on my network. Is there a stupid easy way to do this that may coffee-addled brain is overlooking? I'm obviously somewhat new to the system, so please be gentle!

What do you want to do with those links?

For a start you could have a wiki page that simply lists them.

Basically, it'd be just a list of documents for users to access (references for sales figures, prices, etc.) - and will likely be read-only. In the wikipage, it'd just UNC links, I take it?
