Has anyone ever seen this in the preview?

I got this weird preview screen the other day and I cant seen to fix it.  Restarting the services does not fix it, no does restarting the libreoffice 4.0 service.

The document is just a .rtf file with just some date and time stamps on it, nothing fancy

If possible, upload the tiff file, we can check in different environments.

Hey thanks for your reply!

I uploaded the .TIF file and it previews fine, as does PDF.  The only file formats I have found that do not work is the .txt and .rtf.

I have attached a screen shot of the working .tif file.  Let me know what else you would like to see/try.
