Graphic overview of the overall architecture?

Hi,

Is there a picture/graphic available of the overall architecture? I am trying to understand how the system is designed, but am having a hard time doing so.

I am quite new to Alfresco and an overview of where the core is located, how it connects to the repository, how the virtualisation server fits in, where the web client is positioned, how the API/SDK connects etc. would be very VERY helpful.

I would really like to see it in some sort of schematic drawing (a single picture tells you more than a thousand words).  

If anyone has such a drawing… please let me know.

You may want to update the slides in your overview:

[slide 5]   Omits website virtualization (the "virtualization server")

[slide 7]    Contains an image from a pre-WCM architectural overview
                ("WCM" was gray;  now it should be black).

Overall, the slides look very nice.

Hi,
  do we have architecture diagram that depicts the WCM with its virtualization server integration, sandbox preview. Do we have such diagram and not just repository alone.
