Hello,
Is there a way to get all the rules currently active on the repository? I have several defined throughout the repo, but I don't know if I got them all. So I need a way to get all the rules - at least the names, then I'll remember where/what they are.

When we create rule it will internally create the folder with type {http://www.alfresco.org/model/rule/1.0}rule
So you can have query which search for all such folders.
Then you can dig in to those nodeRefs to get the details about rule.

How would you search on "{http://www.alfresco.org/model/rule/1.0}rule
In the alfresco node browser? via the javascript console? I can't get my head around it…

It will be visible in nodebrowser under folder on which you have created rule.
