Getting all Properties from Content Type

Getting all Properties from Content Type of my model?
how can I print all the properties and then possibly print only the ones that interest me:

   <#list nodes as document>
${document.properties.title}
etc etc

</#list>

You can refer the doc_info.ftl under space Presentation Template space.
You will get the whole idea.
