Getting actions to display and Manage References button

After creating and declaring a record and viewing the records details, I do not see any of the links under the Actions title, and the Manage button under References is not activated. Is there a step that I'm missing in the Records Management process, that will cause these items to activate?

Hi,

Have you declared a disposition schedule on the containing record category?  Once declared the record will be under the management of the containing disposition schedule.

I know I posted this a long time ago, but to answer your question, no, I have not declared a disposition schedule on the containing record category.

I just searched the jira bug database and noticed that this is a reported bug.

I will upgrade to the latest version since the bug is reported as fixed.
