FTP server configuration error, Wrong authentic

Hi all,
I have Alfresco configurated with LDAP authentication. Synchronization works fine and users can authenticate without problem. But I can´t connect to Alfresco by FTP. When Alfresco starts, alfresco.log file show this error:
This is FTP server configuration:
Can anyone help me configure well Alfresco to connect to it by FTP?
