Forms are not loading in Alfresco Activiti BPMN editor

Hi,

I created a medium complexity BPMN workflow in Alfresco activiti web application. When i tried to specify the flow condition for 'Exclusive Gateway', the forms created by me arent loading. I used two type of forms such as reusable forms as well as inline forms. But, both are not loading while describing flow condition. Out of five forms, only two are populated for flow condition.
Kindly help me to get all the forms populated.
Is there any workaround?

Thanks for your solution.
I am able to view all the forms (inline/reusable) in the workflow flow condition.
The workflow works absolutely fine now.
