Force User to Join Site

Hi again,

Quick question, does anybody know of a way to force a user to become a member of a site, bypassing the need to invite/accept? 

This needs to be something that a user can do from Share.  There are no security considerations here, most 'end users' only access the reposisory through another app.  The only users that will ever log into Share just need to be able to put other users in sites without having to invite/accept.

You may directly add users in site groups as per required permission.
For ex:  If site name is test, and user1 needs to be given manger role then add user1 to GROUP_site_test_SiteManager.

Not sure, if these groups are searchable or not.

Yes, they are searchable.
You can manage them using the groups form, selecting the option to show system groups, then clicking on the navigate button.

There you can add users to the desired groups, as you just described.
