Hi all.

I am still having a problem with the Alfresco SDK examples. In particular, when I try to run the FirstFoundationClient example (I have set up Eclipse for testing these examples) the following exception is catcked:

I am not able to understand the exact meaning of the exception, so I can't test any example.

It sounds like some classes are missing, but I am not sure…

Could anyone help me? Could anyone describe exactly the steps needed for executing the example? Should I run Alfresco before starting the example execution or not?

Regards,

Sergio

Which version are you using? 1.4?

I'll testing the 1.4 SDK today which should clear any criticals

Hoping let me know asap.

This has now been fixed in Alfresco 1.4.  An updated drop of 1.4 will be provided imminently.

Thanks David!

When do you think it will be provided the updated drop of Alfresco 1.4 in order to allow testing samples?I am currently involved in a contribution project with one of your collaborators, Roy Werherall….so I am anxious to go deep inside code and try to build external applications which use the Alfresco repository.

Cheers
