Filenet configuration

Hi All,
       I am Bignner in filenet p8 development, i have installed in my system filenet workplace XT, but i want to know this version will be enough for content management development, other wise i have to install other version for development, please guide me, how i start my development.

These forums are for the open source content management platform Alfresco, not FileNet. FileNet is a competing, proprietary product sold by IBM.
