File Upload in Share 3b

I'm evaluating the latest Alfresco Labs 3b and don't seem to be able to get the Share File Uploader in the Document Library to work. In IE7, nothing happens when I click Browse in the Upload Files "dialog box". In Firefox, I get a message that says "Flash movie doesn't seem to load".

I'm using the basic Windows install running on MySQL.

oh yeah, i'm also using Flash Player v10

which both relate to Adobe's breaking change in Flash v10: http://www.adobe.com/go/kb405546

We're having to upgrade YUI in order to get Flash 10 support; unfortunately the YUI upgrade also introduces some breaking changes, so this is far from trivial.
