I didn't understand how the feedback (received in blog or contact section) works.

Where they are save? How do I handle them?
For example, How can't I make them immediately visible?
Where can I find the information entered?

I need more information about it, I didn't understand much.

Hi Novel,

All feedback data is collected in a Data List as an example.  Start by looking at the "Working with visitor feedback" section within the User Guide - http://www.alfresco.com/help/34/community/wcmqs/user/.

The look at the Developer Guide - http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Quick_Start_Developer_Guide that has sections on the visitor feedback types and behaviours.
