error while uploading the file into alfresco manually!!!

Initially upload the document in alfresco using "UPLOAD" option in alfresco. but now  we tried same way to upload, at this time "document upload" window keep on loading which is shows like 10%..20%……100%….150%..199% . Once reach 199% that window go to idle.its upload nothing.please help me!!!

which version of alf?
what is the size of file?
any errors in logs?

5mb file! I check alfresco log showing transformated error!version 4.2.c

Is this error is specific to this document or you are not able to upload any of the document?
Also some details from the logs will make it more clear.
