Error upgrading from 2.1 to 3

I have installed Alfresco Labs 3.0 and I have imported the contents (alf_data directory) and the database from old installation (2.1) to the newer version 3.

Before starting the server I added this row:

index.recovery.mode=FULL‍

to the file custom-repository.properties

During the start of the server everything seems to be ok, but when I access to http://myhost/alfresco with the browser I have the error below.

What can be not correct?

I have the same problem after migrate from 2.0 Community to 2.1.6.
Have you some solution for that case.
