Error on Invite

Greetings,

Running 3.2 now on MySQL. On the Invite page, I put in a First Name, a Last Name, and an Email, click "Add", change the role on the Invite Users panel, click "Invite", and it fails. From the log I get:

Which stops things dead.

What do I have to do to make this work correctly?

There's something strange going on.    Can you raise an issue in JIRA please?    And also give details of how you are authenticating with Alfresco since the error is related to creating new users in alfresco.
