error in tomcat after installing Alfresco

So, I have installed enterprise version of Alfresco and configured it to use Oracle DB.
when I start Alfresco Server and visit Alfresco Explorer, there is an error in Alfresco's tomcat:

Hi,

Hibernate Dialect must be explicitly set

However, this should not normally be necessary for Oracle.  Please give system and Alfresco specs.
