Just installed alfresco community war 2.0 and got the following error during start up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

tomcat 5.5
java 1.5
windows xp
MySQL 4.1.13-standard

xalan.jar and serializer.jar copied to CATALINA_HOME/common/endorsed

Something "similar" happens to me:

   java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: Flex/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.wst.server.core/tmp0/webapps/prototipoCMS/WEB-INF/classes/‍‍‍‍

But I use Oracle and I'm trying to communicate an Alfresco Embedded with a Flex Client.
