Error adding user alfresco to group

If I search an user in alfresco I have this error:

root - id: workspace://SpacesStore/………….. - the record has probably been deleted from the database.

For this reason I cannot add a user to a group.

Could you support me ?

What version of Alfresco are you using? How are you searching (e.g. from the people finder or from the quick search option in the header, or maybe in some custom code?)

If you could provide some extra information we might be able to assist you.
