enterprise 3.4.1 Release info

I am trying to make an informed decision here.

I began to make an upgrade to 3.4.0 but found some minor issues that stopped me in my tracks.
I can work around the issues but I see there resolved in 3.4.1 that's due out Q2.

is there a more precise release date as of yet ?
it would help me decide if I want to upgrade to 3.4.0 or wait for the 3.4.1 release.

Very minor, but I just started to do a review, So I have not run all test cases.
  Themes don't work in the respect you can only use the default theme. This is documented as fixed in 3.4.1.
  that may be released in April.

Simple workaround is change the default theme vs creating a custom theme.

I need to test out the Calendar and see if 3.4.0 fixes alot of the user issues we have 3.3.3.

Most the Calendar issues are UI issues.
     Seems to also be the monthly view ( but weekly does not default end date correctly )

     Create a calendar item that's more them one day.

     Edit an item and change it's day ( Some times works most often it seems to move it to the first day in the calendar )
       other times it begins to throw a million JavaScript errors.

    Header for the month view seems to always show the prior month

    I can't add more then one event at a time. ( sometimes, other times you do this and it and creates it on a different date )
