'Email space users' only available to admin

Hello you all,

Standard users in my Alfresco are not able to select recipients when they asked fo 'Email Space users'. Thus, the Ok button is not clickable and the feature not usable…

But the admin user is able to use it.

How can I have standard users be able to 'Email Space users'.

I found that if the 'Inherit Parent Space Permissions' is checked, standard users are not able to 'Email space users'… any idea why ?
