We are running 3.4 Alfresco on a Windows Server 2008 box. Just installed it for the first time 2 days ago, so i am totally new at this product. So please forgive my lack of knowledge!!
The issue is email, the program will not send any out nor will it do any invitations. We use Microsoft Exchange here at our company.
