When I set up a notification rule to email an email address when new content arrives in a specific folder, I fail to receive an email.
What steps should I follow to ensure that the rule is set up correctly? alternatively, How would I check if the email for alfresco is correctly configured?
When other site members make changes (create or update content in the site) do you receive an email with a summary of the activities? If not, have someone with administrator rights check the alfresco-global.properties file to make sure the outbound mail configuration settings (mail.*) are set appropriately.
