Hi,
My Alfresco application is not starting up.

I have attached the full log file on the call.

Hi,
Thank you all for your responses.
It eventually came up. I cleared cache, re-indexed and deleted share and Alfresco folders on webapps and it started up fine.
Kind regards

First: it helps if you give some context - what have you done/installed/configured before the application stopped starting up.
there seems to be an issue with this version of records management:
[MNT-16572] RM: Enabling repo auditing throws error at startup. - Alfresco JIRA
try to disable auditing and start again. if this helps, you might need to consider waiting for a fix or keeping audit disabled. and watch that ticket

My Apologies. I have Alfresco 5.1.f that has records manager installed.
I didn't enable any Auditing unless if it is enabled by default.
The application was up and running and I had JOD enabled without knowing that it only works on Enterprise.
So I disabled JOD and enabled OOO and when I restarted it would not come up.

And it seems the account you are using to run alfresco dose not have permission to setup socket on the port 445
