I have a question. Is it possible to use e-mail collection in Alfresco? I have set up Alfresco to send space-users an e-mail when a document arrives in their space. Unfortunately, if someone reveices let's say 100 documents in an hour, he also get's the same number of e-mails. Ideally I would like to send an e-mail twice a day with the links to the document in their space. So what I would like to know is:
- can I create an e-mail from a script that looks at all spaces and looks for the documents in that space
- can I send that e-mail based on a timer
