Download _vti_bin.war

Where can I download the two file ROOT.war and _vti_bin.war ? They are not in the file alfresco-community-5.0.d.zip as seen on the page http://docs.alfresco.com/community/tasks/alf-war-install.html.

I believe the ROOT.war is part of wcmqs.  I don't know of any vti war file either, as the VTI/SharePoint stuff is in alfresco-spp-5.0.d.amp?  See https://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Community_file_list_5.0.d for the complete file list.
