If you're going to copy/paste an RFT and expect someone to answer each point, you could at least spend 5 minutes formatting it correctly.

Hi Mike,
I apologise for this bad formatted text, but i couldn't do better with this editor, which available here. What I am doing a research between Alfresco and SharePoint. After which our organisation will choose, which to use in future. I have this text in correct way but unfortunately, I can not post it because not enough html tags there..
Please, Help if you could. I will try to change the text to more better format.

Here's some quick answers for those points that look like questions.     I suggest you do some reading and investigation since that will allow you to refine your queries to get meaningful information.
