Documents Not Previewing

Hi

I have install a new version of Alfresco 4.2c and migrated all my customisations over from version 3.4d.

When I access any .doc .xls document I get the message:
"This document can't be previewed.Click here to download it."

PDF preview fine.

I can see that soffice is running from the task manager.

I have checked the alfresco-global.properties settings and everything seams good.

I have even tried downloading a newer version of Libraoffice but this has the same result.

Hi,

Can you check the log and attached the same here. What is the size of document (doc/pdf) are you uploading?

You could put some of these parameters into your alfresco-global.properties file and see if that helps…The source info I got is from HERE
