Hello all!
I am new to Alfresco and to this forum as a member, though I regurlarly read about it to solve problems I came across;but recently I came across one problem that I could not find a solution for just by doing a search.
I use Alfresco v3.2
let's say I am logged as account "A" and I create new text document and I upload it into alfresco.
Still as user "A" using "Document Library" I can find the place where I uploaded that file into.
If I click on the file, it opens "Document Details" where it shows a thumbnail/preview of the file (in flash) of the file along with the current version (which right now is 1.0), some other Document Actions, tags, comments and all that
now, still as user "A" I select the option "Edit Offline". I save the file into my PC, modify it and then upload it again, with the modifications made. Now if I click on the file (v1.1 now) to go on "Document Details" page, the preview of the file does not change from v1.0 to v1.1. The preview stays the same even if there has been modifications on the file
I have to restart the browser to get the preview to show the updated file (v1.1)
Does anyone know a way I can make the file preview change in the moment I update the file? without having to restart the browser?
any help will be very apreciated
