Document library not refreshing?

Hello,

I have a weird problem. There are few documents that I've ran into with this issue with.
It goes something like this:

1. I enter a subspace in Share document library.
2. There is a document there (shouldn't be).
3. When I click on the doc, the Path (above the document preview) shows the correct path.

It seems that the doc library isn't refreshing the list of documents as it should.

It could also be connected with a similar problem I have: http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=36239.

It seems that Share is caching webscript calls or something, which is pretty weird.

Is there maybe some configuration option that I have missed or could this be a bug?

One important thing that may count for something is that I'm moving the documents via webscripts (so alfresco side).

Could this be indexes syncing issue?
