Disable Download Action in Alfresco Share 3.3g

Dear Friends ,

           I am new to Alfresco using Community Edition 3.3 g .Can any one help me out to disable the download action option while previewing the file from alfresco share. Also give some useful tips to use WebDav with alfresco .

Can anyone please help me with the following requirement.I would want to disable download access for certain consumers and keep it enabled for others.How can that be possible.Similar way can be followed for other roles as well.Also is there any way to give download document access "user" wise?
