Different users see different things

We're experiencing a strange issue in share (community 3.4.d) where different users frequently see different content while editing. Logging out and clearing browser cache does nothing and we've checked that proxies and other network or server level caches do not seem to involved.

It seems, rather, to be an account-level issue.

Any idea what might be causing the issue? Is eh-cache caching tied to sessions or accounts somehow?

Much more details please.

Are you trying to edit the same piece of content at the same time?    Or is the problem that some users see old content?  Or do some users not see content at all?

Hi Rogers,

I am Darcy's colleague. The problem is some users seeing the old content in share application. Modified datetime and modified by are reflected correctly on both users share session. However if people seeing the old content try accessing the same content from /alfresco UI instead of share they can see the updated /correct content.
