Different Tags for different Sites

Hello

I searched it, but didn't found an answer.
How can I use different Tags for different Sites?
In Alfresco 4.0c I can only manage the Tags for all Sites.
But in some Projects I need Tags who shouldn't be visible in the other ones.

No answer meens to me, that there in no solution.
What a shame, because the other features looks like a nice piece of software.
