Designer Development : Can't build site

Hi, When i'm trying to build site, i'm getting an error 'Unable to find feature "org.eclipse.graphiti.feature" with version in range [0.9.0,0.9.0].'
I set up the projects in eclipse using instruction on this page : http://docs.codehaus.org/display/ACT/Activiti+Designer+Developer+Guide
