Deployment failed when calling wsdl on Activiti Explorer

Could you please help me out?
I have an error when I deploy my bpmn calling wsdl on Activiti Explorer 5.16. The error is "could not find importer for type http //schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/".
However, I can successully run my bpmn via unit test.

Make sure all dependencies are exactly the same as they are on the eclipse class path…
