Can you please tell me how to delete a version of a document and how to checkout/checkin content to a specific version of a document in the Alfresco webclient. We are currently using Alfresco Community ECM version 2.1 As far as I can see under version history I can only view a specific version, but no other actions are available. Not even to the alfresco admin account.
Hello, I want to do the same thing..I have a project to do, and I have to use what Alfresco offers to do a web service client that performs a download (checkout) of a file, or an upload (checkin) of a file.. Could you help me?
The Alfresco SDK should contain samples of what you are looking for. http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_SDK At this moment I don't have a code snippet of the webscript functionality you are looking for, however if I develop such a webscript or find something similar I will post it for you.
As to my question if Alfresco has a functionality to checkin/checkout a specific version of a doc or deleting a specific version, I guess that's not possible with the current versions of Alfresco.
