Delete user manual

I want to ask how to delete user manually (from database), what table content user information and table related with user table?

I would also like to know, I have some mysterious admin users that I did not create and cannot delete.  It appears there is not workaround/solution for this so I would like to go in by hand and start ripping out the pesky ghost accounts.
