Default values for the Records

Hi,

we would like to add default values for the Creation data, Organization and Creator in Alfresco 3.3 Records management, for all records that come to the RM. What would be the bets/easiest way to achieve this (Rule to the File Plan, how to specify these fields and their values?)

Hi Juha,

Just use a script. You can set the values using the script and if you want - set to execute this script as a business rule on the space automatically.
