2.Is there any limitations on custumization in community edition ?
3.Is there any document on How to customize the required functionalities in community edition ?

Yes.
2.Is there any limitations on custumization in community edition ?
There are a few license restrictions like You may not use a hacked version of alfresco without clearly identifiying that the hackery is yours.
3.Is there any document on How to customize the required functionalities in community edition ?
Yes lots.  Books, Wikis and Blogs to name 3.
