I recently published a series of blog posts on customizing the new header in 4.2 (starting here: http://blogs.alfresco.com/wp/developer/2013/09/04/customizing-the-share-header-menu-part-1/) which should help get you on your way. However, you should be aware that Share actually responds to the browsers locale when switching language - therefore this might be a tricky customization.
