Customising Document Actions options

Hi
I am trying out "alfresco-community-4.0.c" .
I would like to give a customized view for the users, for this I want to edit the options in  "Document Actions" , I plan to display only options which the user needs.

I have come across this link "http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Custom_Document_Library_Action" , this link is for version 3, do we have a url for version 4
Without editing the files, is there any GUI tool to do it

Thanks mike, as per ur blog 
I did edit  "share-documentlibrary-config.xml" in "/opt/alfresco/tomcat/webapps/share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco" and was able to customize the "Document Actions" options
