Custom Task - Drag & Drop doesn't seem to work.

Hi Experts,
              I have been trying to create a Custom task by following the example given in user guide(http://activiti.org/userguide/index.html#eclipseDesignerExtending), I can see the task in Palette and when I drag it to the diagram, I see the + icon, but when I drop it there, nothing happens(no model/box)..
Could you please point what I might be missing?

My Eclipse Version: Mars.2 Release (4.5.2).

Update, I think It was my bad..
I had created the custom task using 5.12.0 designer integration version, but was trying to apply it on 5.18.0 designer.
created the task using 5.18.0 designer integration, and able to do drag-drop fine.

Sorry for the noise.
