Custom parrallel workflow....

Friends,

I want to develop a workflow having following criteria.  I am using alfresco 3.2r enterprise

sending workflow to following criteria (parrallel workflow).
–>  Assign a workflow to user  (selected through dropdown menu) alfresco share + administrator group users.

Any ideas how to design such a workflow? I am newbie for this thing. any help would be appriciated.

Have a look at alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\workflow\parallelreview_processdefinition.xml
If u give more details of ur workflow it will b easy for us to understand.
