Custom fields not searchable due to lucene exception

With 3.2CE we encountered the case, that all data fields of our custom content model are not being indexed and thus not searchable.
This corresponds to http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=15814, but this time, OpenOffice is perfectly working, as it seems.
There are no issues related to full text indexing or content conversions. All standard data fields are searchable.

This appears when new content is added.

And this is appearing periodically, therefore seeming to be the scheduled indexing job.

It is also appearing in a freshly initiated 3.2 with just one added document, so there are no database issues.

Repdroducible with 3.3 CE Build 2132, too.
Since this is not issued in JIRA, it could be a local problem, but what could be the cause?

Please raise the issue in JIRA (especially as it's reproducible) - along with any customisations you have and details about your servers, etc.
