Creating new email templates

Hi…
I am using alfresco 3.3g…
I saw we can upload new email templates in Company Home > Data Dictionary > Email Templates > Add Content  in web client….
I had uploaded my new template..

Now consider that I am going to set a rule for any space. During rule creation, to send emails,  by default they are displaying a template (notify_user_email.ftl) in the drop down list. I dont need that. I need to use my new uploaded template for this rule.

How to do have this new template to a rule??

Hi..
I just kept my new defined template inside the Company Home > Data Dictionary > Email Templates > Notify Email Templates > a.ftl, so that I received them in the list.

i am working on your problem..i think i will get the answer..u can also try..
just go to Alfresco/tomcat/webapps/alfresco/jsp/actions/mail.jsp and add your email template in place of
<f:selectItems value="#{TemplateSupportBean.notifyEmailTemplates}" /> and then go to
Alfresco/tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/templates and add your template in place of email-templates.acp and in email then you may be find your email template in drop down list.

how can i create new email template for share , for alfresco i added my own ftl template in Data Dictionary > Email Templates > Notify Email Templates,
its working fine for alfresco email alerts. but where i need to add new template for share. i am not able to access my own ftl template in share, by using above procedure.

any idea..?
