We want to use Alfresco in a fixed structure. So we want that users can create/add content in our folders, but that they can't create a folder in our folders.
I think this isn't possible now in Alfresco, or am I wrong?
I think right now Alfresco handles the createnode both for folders and content…

That is correct i'm afraid you cannot do that at present, the permissions checking is very granular but not at a type level.
