Create folders by templates

Until i switched to Alfresco 4.2a I used this addon (http://labs.atolcd.com/projects/spacetpl-customviews) to create folders including subfolders and rules from the template directory.
But with the new version this addon actually is not working.

Is there a way to set a button on the toolbar to create folders from templates?

I searched a lot but found nothing.

In Alfresco explorer (http://<yourhost>:<yourport>/alfresco), you have "Create/Advanced Space Wizard".
Try invoking that form some menu! I don't know how to customize menu or button. Webscript maybe?
