Create extra task for send mail notification

Hi,
I am usgin activiti BPM with liferay.On I have different task more then 7.
For each task assgin to user , i want to send notification to him.
But for all 7 user task i have to create 7 mail service task which create to copmplex diagram,so total 14 task created.
Is there any way to send notification without creating new task or can i make a common task for send mail?

you could use a custom ActivitiBehaviour.
