Hi,
When a workflow is initiated I would like to create a folder the personal repertory of all the workflow assigned people.
I would also like to upload a document in this folder automatically.
It would be amazing if a shared folder would be created and accessible to all the workflow assigned people.
The idea is to make a teacher / student situation of the following case :
- The teacher initiates a workflow and create a folder in the students personal repertory. He chooses a homework to put in this folder.
- The students works online on his homework.
- When the student is done, he can put his homework completed in the common "drop in" folder. He has to deliver it in the right repository, but think this condition can be checked with meta tags.
I would really appreciate any help.
